OBD2 not able to read PID's
So i'm trying to figure out why my Escape behavious certain ways. Not shutting ICE off and such.
Since I cannot afford a ScanGauge 2 i went the cheap way with an Elm adapter and Tourque App.
But I'm running in to a problem.
I tried 2 devices 1st BlackBerry with the BlackBerry Torque Pro version and 2nd Android tablet with Torque Pro version.
They bot give me that message.
I can get all the regular data like speed, coolant temps etc. but none of the extra PID's that i added through a CSV spreadsheet. HV battery temps and charging level etc.
Does someone know if Ford Canada has that kind of information locked so that only a dealer can access it? Is there a way to unlock the OBD to have access to everything?
