I am looking to buy a 08 for escape hybird has almost 100,000 miles on it my question is how long do the battery last in a hybird also does ford offer a warranty i saw honda had a 150000 mile warranty. I never owned a hybird but i want to do my part and go green i am 43 and only had 3 cars over the past 25 years so i will be keeping this car until it wont run no more my concern is the life of the battery,is there a warranty,and has anyone had any other problems with hybird

My folks bought the 2008 model. I get to steal it during these nasty NY winters, and I love it. Wish ford would step up the game with interior quality since the price tag is pretty steep, but that's ford for you. Love the gas mileage and we choose leather which IS a nice quality, but again, I've seen better leather in cheaper cars.
