Fusion Hybrid electric A/C?

I was looking at this picture of the Fusion Hybrid and the notice on the radiator support says HEV- AC do not add oil Contact Ford Climate Control. As I understand electric A/C systems they do not have a refrigerant oil that is mixed in the freon. Maybe Ford is developing an electric A/C.
