Hey guys! I have same problem on my Ford fusion 2010 (Hybrid 2.5). I think, the coolant circulant system has problem. Already changed coolant pump. But still didn't solve the problem: while driving the heater system can't get cool. The car stops automatically and after cooling is ready to go. The heating time is depend on weather. In Winter I don't have this problem at all. Please, if you can, help to identify exact problem. I'm attaching OBD diagnose. And on screen I have similar message "Stop Safely now". Thanks beforehand.
