Good job, Ford. The review was quite impressive, indeed. It was also expected that the Fusion will brush of the competition. Now if Mitsubishi can also create a quality hybrid like the Fusion plus upgrade some car parts then i might also support that concept.

 

I concur. If not for the recent global economic crisis, i really think this hybrid car concept from Ford will really sell a lot given its set up and specifications. Just to add, if ever i will own one, i would definitely put on some engine blocks on it, same set up i did with my bmw concept cars.

Yeah you can't beat the performance and refinement of the Fusion, however the Fusion pales in comparision to what you can get the Altima Hybrid for. Nissan has big cash back / low financing, heavy sale discounts, and a bigger tax credit that the fusion doesnt offer. It more than makes up for the increased gas milage you get witht he fusion. I was stuck between both, but did the math and no matter which way you dice the numbers, the Altima came out the winner in terms of value.

The sync system in the fusion is superior to the tech system in Altima.

I have to say I was very impressed by Ford. They have really come a long way and stepped up their quality. Had they had low financing available I would have bought the Fusion.
