Default Yellow wrench and stop safely now

Hi friends, I have some questions for all of you:

1. ¿can the vent door actuator be bad even if it opens a closes?
2. ¿has the actuator any relation with the stop safely now sign?
3. ¿is there a easy way to notice if the battery pack is good or not?

I`m asking this because I was driving my FEH 2006 with the yellow wrench on for a while and now we also have the stop safely now sign. I have the car in the garage, a few days ago it just worked fine for about 20 minutes, after that I have not turned on the car to see how it works. Don´t have a scanner in my town good enough to get the codes in this situation.

Thanks for any help, I really need it.

1. I'm sure it can have intermittent contact, aka work sometimes, and not work sometimes. Best bet is to swap out old parts with current Ford OEM part #s.
2. Not that I've personally seen. My actuator caused the wrench light to appear, but not the SSN warning. SSN warning is likely due to what I listed in #3.
3. Based on evidence and studies the batteries themselves are never the problem, but the HVB cooling fans, vent actuator, MECS Pump, etc, certainly are issues.
