visteon navigation radio override?
I'm not going to complain about the facotry installed navigation system in my Mariner its all been said 
.
Having previously owned a portable GPS what would make the Visteon unit far more friendly is the ability to have a passenger input addresses/poi's etc. while the vehicle is moving.
Has anyone heard of a way to override this feature?

Yes, many times. You can always use the search feature to find useful threads; it's in the upper area in the same row as User CP; you can use advanced search to search on just the FEH/MMH for keywords.
