I've purchased my vehicle (Ford escape Hybrid 2009 ) in Jordan , from time to time , the sync application initiate the vehicle health report and tries to dial to Ford center as I guess , the problem is that the sync is configured to dial a rep-configured number and supposing that you are in the USA , without using the country prefix which cause the call to fail , I've already set up and activated my account with Ford , but the call never goes out ,, any idea on this matter folks ...
