Exclamation Troubleshooting the radio AUX

My vehicle has been through some modifications due to being a lifeguard vehicle. I have an AUX port, I have an AUX button. But when I press it, it states "No AUX".

I am ready to bust the open the stereo and figure this out. Any one have any advice for troubleshooting the AUX port? I don't really know where to start...

Thanks all!

Appreciate the suggestion. I tried pulling that one and still no luck. Is there a certain time to pull the fuse? Should the car be on, off, doesn't matter?
