Default Solar charging the 12v battery

I've read of this on other forums, but curious what you think.

I bought two small 1.5 amp solar chargers, about the size of a sun visor that plugs into the cigarette lighter. $12 each with coupon http://www.harborfreight.com/15-watt...ger-68692.html

Thinking of putting them both in so it would keep the 12v charged when sitting. I would also think this would help charge the 12v battery when driving so the 330v battery wouldn't have to as much.

This probably won't do much, but would it work?
