Rear seat head rest holes

Rear seat head rest holes
Hi, I found a neat trick that I thought I'd share. I leave my rear seat headrests out unless I am carrying passengers because they block my rear view so much. When I shop, I usually end up with plastic bags which proceed to spill their contents all over the back cargo area. My idea was to cut a 3/8" dowel into 4" pieces and slip an "O" ring over each, about 1" from the end. I stick the dowels into the head rest holes and hang the plastic bags on them. They just pop in and out and I store the dowels in the pockets in back of the front seat. The "O" ring keeps the dowel from falling all the way into the seat back.

Great minds think alike. I removed mine a long time ago, but then put the left and right ones back in for the 'occasional' rear passengers, but the center one has been out since the day I bought the car!
Very clever idea with the dowels.
