I am getting this on my 2009 escape hybrid. No driving issues. I clear the code and it comes right back.

I am thinking about replacing the PCM relay based what I have found online. Does anyone have the part number and fuse box diagram showing the location of the relay? I did awake to a completely dead battery the other day, so I am not sure if it is related.

Any other ideas on what could be happening?

 

Wanted to add that I replaced the battery and still show the code.
