New FEH Incentives

Has anyone heard about the new FEH program? I heard something on the local news last night about Ford offering 0% loans and new rebates on the FEH. They said the program was going to last four weeks.

They're offering 0% financing or $1000 cashback for the next three weeks in California and (DC?, I think it was DC). It's an either/or deal.
