Default My first batch of ethanol is almost ready

but I think I will be drinking this batch. Only 4.3% alcohol by volume, nice amber color with a nice hoppy finish.

My nephew gave me a homebrew setup for Christmas.

Ah, the memories of primary & secondary fermentors, fermentation locks, malt syrup, hops cooking on the stove, bottle sterilization, bottle capper and caps, bubbles escaping the fermentation lock, specific gravity, etc. Random memories in no particular oreder. The old equipment has been in the attic for 20 years or so. But I digress

But you know, the storage area in the FEH on top of the spacious battery pack Could haul around several cases...

Prost!!

That must be a feature of the '08's.... no storage area in the 05-07.

You have no storage area between the top of the HV battery pack, and the roof?

And I though I was the only FEH driving homebrewer around here. Are you using a Mr. Beer kit or a more traditional setup?

A local brewery here allows people to come in and brew their own using professional equipment (shenendoah brewing company). Just before Christmas I picked up 5 cases of my own pale ale--6.5% Alcohol by volume. mighty tasty. I'm starting to run low, so probably in April I'll head back for a refill...thinking about making a stout.

And yes, my FEH cargo area was the perfect place to bring home all of that good booze.
