When you say it "Lights up" does the gas engine run for 10 seconds and then stop, or does it only light up the green indicator on the dashboard, but the engine does not run?

engine run 10sec and shutt off. battery 12v is new. gas pedal is new. throttle body is new. instrument cluster test dtc code is 3310 and d900.obd code p2104.

I think engine is not running at all. I think electric motor is spinning gas engine but never starting. Check for gas at the rail.

Check throttle body replaced correct.

Check gas is good.

engine run but rpm is 0. the ''ready indicator '' on dashbord illuminate. if i accelerate gas pedal not responding.engine shutt off with ''yellow wrench'' and ''stop safely ''message. if i scan again obd code is p2104.throttle body replaced correct.

As Keith says, sounds like you need to be looking at the gasoline fuel injection system.

fuel pump works well. i think the car goes ''limp mode or failsafe mode'' but i don't know how to fix it

Ssn can be caused by clogged exhaust, without a code, if you pull the top o2 sensor, the one next to the engine, and you have improvement, then your cat converter is clogged

the sensor should be removed, exhaust heat may damage plastic parts nearby
