Smile Hybrid wheels vs. Non-Hybrid wheels

Does anybody have a definitive answer to the question of:
==> Will non-hybrid Escape wheels fit on a hybrid Escape without problems?
I believe the bolt patten is the same. Is there enough clearance for the brakes?
I also believe the hybrid wheels are aluminum, which may be lighter than non-hybrid wheels?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks...
