It's been sitting for a bit...these are the codes I've pulled so far:
B1318 = batery voltage low
C1524 - brake pedal travel sensor calibration incomplete
P0685 - ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit/Open
P1000 - OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P1a10 - hybrid Powertrain COntrol Module - Battery Disabled

I would absolutely replace that 12V battery. It doesn't do a lot, but it does power all of the control equipment. When it fails, or even gets weak, it can cause all kinds of weird problems. Buy a good one.
