Hot intake air

I took me and an assitant 5 min tops to remove the cold air snorkle and I didnt remove the battery. The block heater was harder to do. Now this might be a difference in the 07 and up like the a/c intake cabin air filter.

Well it was 35 deg here this morning and simply removing the snorkle wont do it as I was getting 52 deg iAT when it went into ev. And did I say these engines are noisey I may put my snorkle back on just for the noise!

Couldnt stand the noise and will need a hot air pipe and some plumbing to make the warm air intake work so I put it back on this morning I still think tere is potential for those of you in the great white north but its not just a remove the cold air snorkle. And be prepared for the NOISE.
