Gas Gauge- inaccurate FEH 2006

Hello, does anyone could tell me how to fix the gasoline gauge of my FEH..
It is working, but very inaccurate.. it move to a little up, a little down when its please.. very gentlly..
Any help, please.

Ps.. my last avg gas milleage was 33 mpg... is it ok ?
