Ford Escape 4x4 Hybrid PHEV conversion kit
I am interested in converting a Ford Escape 4x4 Hybrid into a PHEV (Plugin Hybrid Electric Vehicle). Please advise as to the latest and greatest strategy to complete this project.

Greatest strategy is to sell it and buy a PHEV.
You need to build a Lithium pack, and then you need a way to spoof or completely replace the battery management system and provide a means of pure EV use.
