At 145,000 miles I have a flashing airbag light on the dash.
It blinks code 25.

I looked it up and code 25 = passenger side curtain problem.
There are 4 sub codes to a code 25 but you need a Ford diagnostic to read those.
Four possible trouble codes include:

Module under volt
Module over volt
Short to battery
Short to ground

I pulled the battery negative, waited longer than a minute to let capacitors discharge, then probed the wires. No shorts found. Put back together and in one drive cycle no light so far.

My question is: My 2005 FEH has six airbags. If one has a malfunction, will the other five deploy when needed?

Passenger side canopy is best place for me to have trouble.
It only deploys in a roll over anyway, and I rarely have passengers.
