Default Re: FEH DRAFTING

Has anyone else reset the 15 min. average while drafting to check what they are getting for MPG? I tried it today again without a full load and not raining. I could not believe that the faster the draft, the better MPG. I was behind this rig going 70-75 MPH and my reset computer was showing 47-48 MPG. I did have a full gas tank and my A/C was on.

I've been avoiding I-95 all this time and have got over 40 MPG without the A/C, but I had to work hard at it. Now that I run the A/C on max most all of the time, my mileage has dropped to as low as 29-32 MPG. With drafting, I bet I might average 43 MPG in the winter without the A/C and using I-95 all I want.

I wonder what the AWD FEH gets drafting? Has anyone else with the Nav. computer seen these kind of numbers?
