My friend i have wrote like a year ago .. thats happens to me... so . after calling, asking, looking, getting mad and everything for the poor help from FORD.. i found a great meticulous mechanic ( Now a friend of me ) .. my problem was a Plug from the Hybrid Battery... that now came with a chip to avoid that turn off when you are not expecting that...
My was turned off on a Highway with my little boy inside.. you can imagine how was my time.. and how angry i was looking for answers....
To resolve a little just to try to get home.. take off the + pole front battery.. count to 15 seg.. put it back an turn on.. if not.. again take off the + front battery, make contact to the chasis ( That is to reset the main computer ) for 5-8 seg.. and put it back.. i hope thats works for you.. it works for me..
