Crossed the "Big 100" Yesterday
100,000 miles rolled over yesterday on I-80 at the eastern marker for the Great Divide Basin in Wyoming!
100,074 miles, 3464.3 gallons of gasoline, 28.9 mpg across these miles.
Cost of fuel $9286.20, total costs including fuel $11,375.
Most recent 2,000 miles had an mpg of 34.1 mpg.
Cost per mile: 11.4¢ not counting original price, insurance, & tags.
Not bad, not bad at all!

I personally just hit 130,000 miles in my 2005 FEH.
No decernable change in MPG.
No decernable change in EV power or longevity of a charge.
FWIW, I also own a year 2000 Honda Insight 5 speed manual. 11.5 years on the original battery pack! (125,000 miles) Here there is decernable loss in longevity of a full charge, and it self-discharges deeply (80%) when parked for about a week but MPG is still the same in the Insight too once it has time to recharge. Here, the more frequently I use it, the better the health of the battery. It will be interesting to see the Ford battery's behavior at 11 years. For the Insight, I'm looking into investment of a constant current trickle charger. Or a whole new set of cells since replacement of the Honda battery is relatively easy.
