I realized the front seats contain the side airbags, so seat covers are not a good idea.
Please don't try this.

You can get seat covers with openings for the air bags.

I have the Wet Okole seat covers on my front seats and they work great! They're much easier to clean than cloth and add some color to the interior. They also have slots in them for airbags.

That's my plan, get the Wet Okole's for the front when the cloth seats begin to show any wear. I had the Wet Okole's on my WRX and was very pleased with them.

Are they the only supplier of airbag compatible seat covers?
I am in Canada, perhaps there is something nearer too.

Side airbags are nothing new, so there should be many suppliers besides Wet Okole. You just need to specify when you order that you have side airbags. All they did was make a side slit in the seatcover for the airbag to deploy. Nothing high tech required.

Thought I'd bump this thread and ask if there are any other ideas for cleaning water stains/rings off of 08 cloth seats.

We just had our first real snowfall here in Baltimore and I've got a fair number of water stains just from the water falling off my coat as I climb in the car.

Ultimately, I think I might have to resort to seat covers...

Thanks, Todd.
