Yes and depending on how cold it is where you are, the instant cold start + running rich during warmup + lower-energy winter fuel mix saps mileage. You're reporting around 27.5 MPG which sounds about right, my car is in that range, maybe 1 MPG higher, esp. on really cold days until the HV battery warms up completely.

 

No issues with the replacement (rebuilt) PCM to date. Approx. 100,000 km have been driven over the 4.3 years since the original PCM failed.
