I do not think the 2009 has the HV Battery Jump button. If yours does, it is underneath a panel on the leftmost side of the dashboard, or in the lower left driver's side kick panel. Check and let us know. Otherwise:
You can take it to a Ford dealership that may be able to do it (call in advance to find out!) and they will charge you a lot of money. Or read the topmost sticky thread here in this forum: "STICKY: High Voltage Battery Jump" and build a charger and do it yourself.
