Default 2009 FEH Won't Start No Crank

I have a 2009 ford escape hybrid that I haven't driven for about 1.5 weeks. I tried to start it today and it wouldn't Crank or anything. Lights came on okay and everything. I checked 12V battery and it was reading 11.7V so I had someone come out to dry to jumpstart it. Tried for a few minutes with no luck. I wasn't able to get my ELM reader to see anything on Forscan for some reason.

I read about someone that a jump wouldn't work so I tired to install a new battery. No luck. In the 2009 model it appears there is no HV charge feature like the 2008 and below so I'm not sure what to do. Any advice for what to try? I did notice some clicking sounds when i was trying to turn it on. I feel I have heard these before while the car is running though so I'm not sure.

Figure out why Forscan isn't working. Check all your fuses. Once you confirm the HV battery is low:

Your high voltage battery in the rear cargo possibly got depleted from not using it that long. That happened to me when i didn't run the engine for a week. If forscan confirms you have low SOC on your High voltage battery follow S Keith's link! Good luck.

I was able to get ForScan to work. I had to reinstall the drivers on for my ELM. I pulled the following codes:
P1A10 - Hybrid Powertrain Control Module - Battery Disabled
P0A7D - Hybrid Battery Pack State of Charge Low
C1018 - Regenerative Braking
C1011 - Brake Pedal Feel Simulator Cut-off Pressure Sensor
C0021 - Brake Booster Performance
U2511 - CAN communication bus fault
U2023 - Fault Received from External Node
B12A7 - Mode Door Actuator, Slow or Door Obstructed
B2872 - Tire Pressure Sensor Fault
P1000 - OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete

I guess it looks like this is all stemming from the HV battery being low? I will review the information in the post and see if I can recharge the pack. I am wondering how long this type of repair takes - I can't find any details on the total time other than the time required to charge. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried clearing all codes with a scan tool and trying to start it?

Weak or failing 12V compounded by the longish sit.

I had tried changing the 12V battery which didn't help but once I reset the codes in Forscan there was no issue. It started with no problems. Just got back from driving it around for 30 minutes with no issue. Self-Diagnostic of the battery showed no issues. Seems like a bad system that disables your car from starting due to a stored code.

Saved a lot of money, thanks for the help!
