Default 2005 Escape Hybrid Wont Start

Hello I was hoping that I could get some assistance on some possible causes of no start condition on 2005 ford Hybrid. The Front 12V Battery is brand new.
When you try to start, the car does not turn over at all. I checked the EV Battery and some other datapoints with forscan and it had the following:
HVBAT_V 330.17
V_PACK 330.20 V
BSOC 52.90%
VBAT_1 12.20 V
VBAT 12 V
LOS_LV NO
LOS_HV NO
HV_AMP -.50A

If this is something I can fix my self, I can try but I'm trying to understand what could most likely be the issue of no start based on the codes before I go any further or take to a shop.
Also does this escape hybrid have an actual starter? I was going to try and tap the starter if it does, but I am a little confused if it actually has one or not. I saw a post on this forum that said it did not, but on alldata DIY , it says it does.
These codes are after I replaced the front 12V battery with a new battery:

I am going to go down there today to look at it and try and do the fuel pump shut-off switch reset based on code P1233

So after I did the inertia switch reset, the car is back running now. Hopefully that is a permanent fix. but still wondering how it would have gotten tripped in the first place.
