'05 PCM/ED Manual
There is a used '05 PCM/ED manual on Ebay for $18.95 plus $8.50 shipping. Helm's sales the manual new for $45 + ? shipping. This is my favorite manual in my complete set. Lots of information on how the FEH/MMH works.
