Does the C-Max have a 12 volt battery? If so, where is it located? I had to replace the 12 Volt battery on my 2008 MEH after 5 years in order to have the dealer run diagonostics. THe car had been running fine, but he told me that there was not enough energy to run the diagnostics. I had him install an OEM battery and have had no troubl with that vehicle. When I looked to ched the fuse panel under the hood of my C-Max, I find the fuse panel, but no 12 V battery. Help.

 

I know this is delayed, but my c-max 12 volt battery is located in the front drivers side of the engine compartment. You cant see the battery because it has a cover, but there is a red positive terminal cap that pops off and a ground post just to the left. Its right next to the yellow high voltage cables.
