117.6 mpg would be a 2 Litre (per 100 Km) car. Imagine that.

I want one of those guys as a chauffeur. I don't weigh much. Honest.

Off hand, I'd say Wayne's remark was either meant to deflect further questions, or was alluding to the PR duties that the group has become beset by, and Dave's aplomb in handling that sort of thing.
