How to make my avatar smaller?

Jason,
I like the curent size of your avatar. How do I decrease my avatar size? Mine seems too large.

Aha. Now I see. I thought it was a special setting from our user control panel.
I should have realized it was simply driven by the size of the thumbnail itself.

Well, there's a 100px size limit right now. I'm guessing you uploaded your avatar before I implemented that (though I can't even find the setting). Avatars aren't auto-resized, though.
