my Toyota Aqua 2015 works perfect at R ,P & N.But when I shift to D it does not work.kindy help

Fuel per X distance is actually a much more useful measurement. Its just better for the advertising because "bigger number better" is how Marketing has always sold things since the beginning of marketing. doing it the Swedish way makes it much easier to extrapolate your annual/monthly fuel cost they've done basically most of the math for you already you just need to enter in the amount you drive every day multiply that by your fuel efficiency and then multiply by your fuel price.
