Hello Fellow Prius Folks,
My daughter called from college about warning lights on 2008 Prius with 180K miles. This is what she sees on the dashboard: Red Triangle !, Ready and Yellow Engine Light came on and stayed on with no flashing, after driving for 10 minutes the VSC and the ((!)) came on. Do you have any idea what this might be. We have not had a diagnostic run yet. The car is now parked with no more driving taking place till we can figure this out. The car is still starting and driving without issue.

Oil was checked, cap is on the gas properly,

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

Lights mean nothing specific. Could be anything between a $5 repair and a $7000 repair.

Go to O'Reilly and have them read your codes. Note that I did not say Autozone or anybody else. I said O'Reilly by name.

They will read codes for free, and their Bosch brand code readers are very good at getting hybrid codes.

Do NOT accept their description. Get the 5 digit codes and post them here.
