Has anyone ever used Green Bean to replace 2008 Camry battery?
My 2008 Camry Hybrid with 180,000 miles needs a new battery apparently after I got a "check hybrid system" message and the dealer reported a P0AFA code. Has anyone ever used Green Bean to replace their battery with a refurbished battery which comes with a life-time warranty? The price difference is significant - the dealer wants $5,500 which is insane for a car this age even though otherwise the car is in great condition and has a lot of life left in her. For under $3,000 I can get a replacement battery, a new 12-volt, new rear brakes, and repair two tire sensors if I use an independent mechanic but I"m interested in hearing from anyone else who has experience with Green Bean. Thanks..

I used Green Bean to replace a hybrid battery in my 2008 Tahoe 6.0L, dealership wanted $8K, they offer mobile service and came out and switched it out in an 1 1/2 hours for $2800.00
Greenbean is only as good as their warranty. Their batteries are generally not great quality, but they will honor their warranty. Expect to get a replacement every 1-2 years.
They are now owned by LKQ, so I would expect them to be around for awhile.
