Default HIHY: Nav "No Disk" Error

Went in for the 5K maintenance today. Had them check the nav for problems because of having the nav quit for a few seconds at a time, and getting a "no disk" message. It has occurred 4-5 times since 4,000 miles.

On the phone the technician had said it probably would need to be replaced. After the service session he said "Unable to replicate. Ask owner to monitor and come in immediately if it happens again."

Other than the obvious absurdity of me being within a mile of them when it happens again, I thought it was pretty poor reaction. They said they have no service bulletin on it but put it in the queue of undiagnosed issues.

Anyone else had the experience and what did your dealer say about it?

Thanks.
