My cup holder cover will not open all the way and stops when it is about 70% open making it impossible to put a cup into the holder. I have taken out the divider and checked to see what my be obstructing the cover but there is nothing i can see or feel.

Any thoughts about the problem and how to resolve it?

 

You will need to take the console apart and find out what is keeping your lid from opening. Should only take 15 minutes or so. I'm on the left coast right now but will be back in God's country tomorrow morning if the redeye makes it and can give you step by step instructions if you need them when I get back home.
