Funny Bluetooth anecdote
Hi all
This happened to me today and got a good laugh at it:
Here I am, talking on my Blackberry with a customer in the lobby of my office. One of my employees walks by and ask me for the key of my TCH so he can take a look (I am about to go outside and leave anyway).
So, I am talking to Mr. Customer and suddenly, he's gone !
My employee had just powered the TCH and the car was within range for Bluetooth he was having the rest of the conversation with my customer !
It took me a few seconds to understand why I had no one on the line..
My employee was wondering why the car was suddenly talking to him
So.. be aware that if you programmed your cell/BBerry to switch automatically at power up, you may experience somme funny situations.
Ciao !
Bob

This would be an exellent practical joke to play on your frieds. All you have to do is call somebody just before they get in and have them do all the talking. Hey, what are you doing, this is not your car

Re: Funny Bluetooth anecdote
Similar thing happnd to me in my current car.
Picking up a client at his hotel while my boss waited in the car. I had my Razr outside of the car with me and decided while waiting to check my voicemail messages.
Tried about 3 times and noticed the call went through, but there was no sound on my phone's earpiece.
My boss was in my car, wondering why someone over the stereo system was inviting her to our standard poker night. Extremely glad it wasn't one of my more explicit voicemails from some drunken buddy.
