Default Does 'Yota use "break-in oil" as does Honda?

Does anyone know if Toyota (specifically in the TCH) uses a "break-in oil" with more Molybdenum to help the rings seal faster etc etc like Honda does?

I want to change to synthetic oil as soon as possible, probably at my 3,000 mile mark, and I just want to know if I should leave the factory oil in for longer than that.

Anyone know?

Thanks Muchly....
