Default is Barcelona Red not popular?

I was a dealer not to long ago looking at camry colors in person.. trying to see if i can see a camry in the blue... but they didn't have any... i have put a deposit on a red but holding off because i'm so self concious about the color.

the red kind of grew on me... but i would like it to be a bit brighter, to me it looks good from a distance.. but up close its still nice but i'm not liking it as much...

but the 3 dealers i've been to they all a red SE sitting out in the lot... but i haven't seen any other red camrys other than the SEs

but if it was lighter and brighter... i think it would look a lot better

super white is moving up in my scale

My original choice was titanium metallic. I saw a red one and it really grew on me. I love the tone. It's kind of a burnt red which is what I like. I ended up getting the red with ash interior.

Well, lets put it this way...my dealership had 2 Super White's and a Barcelona Red Hybrid, and while I was thinking about buying the Barcelona Red...literally FOUR people came up and tried to buy it. I pulled the trigger before they got the chance.

I love it. Its kind of flashy, fresh, modern, and accents the chrome and the badges perfectly.

all the Barcelona Reds i've seen at the dealer have always been an SE... I try to see picture it with the hybrid grill and the without the lip kit... the thing is i gotta see the color in sunlight and it has to be clean...

my first color of choice would be black, but i can't have it, but the red did grow on me even when it was dirty on a some what cloudy day... today at the dealer the SE i saw was still a little dirty but it was in bright sun... standing there looking it from all angles from up close to afar... it looked good but i wasn't excited about it... then a white XLE rolls into the dealership and it was looking sharp.

even in the coverd garage looking at all the camrys the white was still looking good to me... silver also nice, but the grey...i wish that was darker

right now Super White is the color of choice but i still haven't see the blue yet...i'm going crazy deciding on a color... i'm just not lucky enough to see them all on the same lot in the bright sun

At least with the colors other than Jasper Pearl you can see what the color looks like on a regular Camry. That's how I got to see Magnetic Gray and Barcleona Red in person. Of course, even the regular 2007 Camry is very popular here, so they don't usually have one of every color-- or even one of most colors-- on the lot.

This may actually apply to all the colors, but especially the Blue Ribbon in person doesn't look anything like what's shown in the pictures. It has a purple hue to it, especially in the sunshine, which does not come out in the pictures Toyota has. As my wife described it, the blue is a fun color and the gray is a sophisticated color (the 2 we were deciding on, in the end we let availability pick for us). So, if you have feelings about purple one way or the other, this might help decide if you really need to see it before deciding on the red.

maybe all this Red and Blue is comming from the fact that Orange (Lemans Sunset Effect) Nissan 350z... I wish, but my car has been repainted that color. Its not that i want a color that stands out, I love how the Red looks in pictures like from (TKCamry) but in person the Red isn't how I like it to be... same with the Grey, I thought that was going to be more like the 01-05 Lexus IS300 Graphite Grey Pearl

Right now I have White above Red, but I don't want to count Blue out... I don't like when the sales guy asks me whats my 2nd choice of color because there is no 2nd choice. There is two colors that I like the same. There will be no settling for 2nd best....

I have to have a color choice by the end of the week or else I'm just gonna drag it on and on

but I appreciate everyones input
