Default 15K Service - what is really needed?

Going over the 15K service in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide for my TCH, I only see a few items not covered by the 5K and 10K services.

When I have Toyota change the oil/rotate tires, they also inspect the brakes, fluids, ball joints, CV boots.

I've inspected the air and cabin filters, and they look fine. I don't want to pay $$ if I can avoid it. What have you done for your 15K service? Paid out the big $$ or just have a oil/tire rotation and pay for inspections?
