My wife and I used to live in Georgetown - a very crowded part of Washington, DC. We were two blocks off of one of the main streets and people would block our driveway and head out to the bars.
They were ALWAYS pissed off when they got back to find out their car had been towed. Common attitude among the 21-27 year old crowd was that we should have just chilled and let them be. Not sure of the logic on why we should have had to hunt for parking blocks away instead of parking in our garage, rather than having THEM hunt for parking or pay for parking.
Looks like those two got what they had deserved.
