Hello all,

Today I received a recall from my Nissan Dealer for my 08 Hybrid. Strangely enough, when I purchased it couple of weeks back, they didn't mention anything about it. The campaign code specified in the letter is P9205. I'm not able to find any information about it in internet so far. Will have to wait till I call the dealer and get the specifics.

Just wanted to know if anyone of you've received similar recall.

I received a recall letter for my 08 NAH. Seems the VIN numbe can be overwritten which will cause the car to fail an inspection and diagnostics to fail. The dealer had to reprogram the computer - took about 30 minutes.

 

I had the same issue as joemet mentioned....dealer upgraded the software to fix the VIN issue.

 

I got the letter too.
