Blocking Grill to streamline?

Blocking Grill to streamline?
I was reading over at ecomodder.com that a lot of people block their grills to minimize drag and increase fuel efficiency. Apparently, Coroplast is the material of choice.
Anyone try doing this on the NAH? Can it be done under the hood and without affecting the look of the vehicle?
