Default 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, new 12V, charged HV w/grid charger but still have codes!

Hi, A few weeks ago I had an SSN warning and my 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid shut down in the middle of a left turn. In the intervening weeks I've replaced the 12V battery, built and installed a HV battery grid charger (so as not to burden and wear out the 12V), charged the HV battery to 340V and 53% BSOC, Del mod V is 0.06V toggles to .13V sometimes, rebalanced the battery a few times and tried clearing the codes multiple times with Forscan. The car drives fine but I'm afraid to take it out because the codes remain! The Codes are: P0562, P0A0A, P0685, P1000, P1A10. So my question is does it just take time because these codes can only be cleared by the car itself? I had expected them to go away when I cleared them (not P1000). It can't possibly be that the ECM/PCM power relay is open, and the hybrid battery is disconnected, because I don't think it would start, run, or rebalance. It does not say they were previously set, but that they are currently set. No warning lights of any kind on the dash. Connected wires to contactor terminals

Default Re: 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid, new 12V, charged HV w/grid charger but still have co

Please Help! Nobody has replied! I did manage to clear two of the originals codes by using the Reset DTC Forscan button - (my bad I had first tried the trash can button, but now I see that only clears the log). So now this is where I am and I cannot figure out what is still wrong! Please please can somebody who knows more than me help?!? I have replaced the 12V with a DuraLast Premium from AutoZone, had it on a 800mA battery maintainer all night to make sure it was perfect because I think it was low, ran the car, tried to clear the codes multiple times but still I have P0562 and P0A0A. I checked the inverter output and it's 14V. Here is system data from Forscan, everything looks good to me I can't figure it out! What should I look at to troubleshoot/solve this problem? I only have one small clue that appeared momentarily - when I first started Forscan the bottom right corner said 12.4V, then it changed to 13.9V. I thought that was battery voltage, and I think the brand new battery was initially low, hence the night on the battery maintainer, so was thinking it was a holdover from an earlier reading. But even after it read 13.9V and I cleared the codes they both came back. What should I do?

Why do these codes remain?
