I was referred to you through the onlineprius forum. have you heard of a steering TSB for a 2002 Prius? Our vehicle shudders violently at slow speeds. The dealer says they need to replace the steering rack but will not do it for free.

Why time out? If you were to do a search on that thread for GMAN you would find that everything he's posted is vituperative, hostile and aggressive. Everyone else was trying to deal with the problems of that TCH owner.
