Hi from GA
Just saying HI!!
My wife and I just bought a Civic last Friday. Had to get rid of the gas gussler (1996 Pontiac Grad Prix 6 cylinder 20-23mpg, 206,000mi). So far we love the Civic, what a great driving car.

Yes, welcome Dwayne!
I've had my car since ... well January of 2004 and have about 120k miles on it now. OEM tires lasted 88K miles, original brakes still have "plenty" left on them and have been a fantastic car. I change oil about every 7-10K miles and am amazed, the level never goes down and is always still gold color.
I've never enjoyed a car so much and for so long as my HCH.
I drive all the way from the Braselton area into Atlanta during rush hour (1.5 to 3hr drive) and manage around 60MPG. It replaced a '94 Dodge Spirit 4cyl that did around 16MPG and at 110K miles was junk-yard worn out.
Anyway just wanted to say hey and glad you're here.

Hot_Georgia_2004: WOW!! that's a long drive everyday. If we can get up to that type of MPG (right now we are at 40.2) then the car will have certainly paid for itself.
Thanks to everyone for the welcome.
