Hello from SE Pennsylvania 2004 Prius #7
#1
Greetings,
I've only had my car a few weeks (middle of fourth tank). I commute about 80 miles per day, and get 50 plus mpg whether I take the highway or scenic route. Errands are what bring my numbers down, so I'm thinking harder about stacking them (i.e. my car is teaching me to be more efficient!).
I'm especially interested in hearing from Toyota owners in SE PA or Delaware about their experiences with dealers, since I'm sure I will eventually need one (and my lifetime credo has been to avoid dealers at all costs).
Thanks to Jason and everyone else who provides online resources for us. It is these resources that make it less painful to be a new-tech adopter!

Hi Terry:
___Congrats on your Prius II purchase and welcome to the Greenhybrid forums. I know Krousdb drives in and around PA. but I don’t know if he is a resident or not. Why not pass him a PM and hopefully he will respond with an answer for you?
___Given you are already receiving 50 + mpg and have a choice of driving scenarios’ I look forward to adding you to the hypermileage list sometime down the road. Keep a close eye out for warm air mods for your Prius II because they will most certainly help keep your fuel economy numbers up as our late fall/early winter cold weather temps approach.
___Good Luck

Terry,
Good for you! It's hard to believe that the simple act of purchasing a car can have such positive effects on your life. I know that there are other minor changes I have made in my life, simply because of my hybrid car purchase.
Good luck.
Errands are what bring my numbers down, so I'm thinking harder about stacking them
Good luck.
