Default 2003 Honda Civic hybrid battery issues. Need help please

Good evening. So little back story I bought this 03 with a bad battery. Got it home and got a battery from wrecking yard. Threw it in and still got no charging or assist. The ima system itself is working (charging 12v battery when above 1300rpm), talked with a guy on here S Keith, and told him the codes that were coming up from obd2 scanner

p1449, p1600, p0420

he said to paperclip the obd2 port and count flashes. That came back with 7 and 3.

so he told me to check voltages at plug going into bcm.

readings are as follows

14-6 =14.65v
6-13–14.55v
13-5—14.85v
5-4—14.53v
1-7—14.71v
7-2—14.71v
2-8—14.87v
8-3—14.64v
3-9—13.59v
9-10—15.05v

Can I get some help on this issue. Keith told me he wasn’t going to help anymore because he gave instructions and I still had questions since I literally know nothing about electrical.
